Job DescriptionWe are a leading marketing and advertising agency, is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of tier 1 client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with them. This position requires excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
ResponsibilitiesOversee a portfolio of tier 1 client accounts and serve as their primary point of contactCollaborate with the creative team, marketing department, and media planning to ensure clients' needs and expectations are metDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase retention and satisfactionParticipate in brainstorming and creative sessions to develop new and effective marketing strategiesMonitor campaign performance metrics to identify potential areas for improvementOversee project timelines and manage budgets to ensure successful and efficient execution of campaignsConduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates on project status and gather feedback
Requirements8+ years of experience in account management in a marketing or advertising agencyBachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related fieldExperience in senior living marketing is a plusExperience managing multiple client accounts simultaneouslyExperience in managing a multi-disciplined teamExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environmentValid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client visits
