Associate Recruiter

Arbor Associates is a staffing agency specializing in human services and healthcare. For 40 years we have been connecting caregiving professionals with organizations who support vulnerable and underserviced populations. We are expanding rapidly and are looking to add to our growing talent acquisition team. The Associate Recruiter will participate in various aspects of talent acquisition and human resources functions including the following:Source and recruit candidates to fill job orders requested by clientsUtilize job postings, resume databases, social media, etc. to identify qualified candidatesAttend job fairs and other hiring eventsConduct phone screens and interviewsMake offers of employment to candidates deemed to be a good fitCoordinate with HR and a scheduling team to ensure a smooth hiring process from job offer to first shiftAssociate Recruiter RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience1-3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or sales (preferred)Direct experience in human services or healthcare is a huge plusTechnological proficiency (Microsoft Office, ATS, Internet/social media)Reliable transportation and willingness to work on-site five days a week at our Southborough officeStrong organization, time management, and communication skills

Salary range: $50,000-$55,000 plus quarterly incentives and other SPIFsThis is a regular, full-time, twelve-month-per year-position. The normal work hours are typically 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday; with some flexibility required to meet the needs of the company. Arbor is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
