Arbor Homes, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, is seeking a Pre-Production Coordinator to join our Indianapolis team. This position is responsible for processing and validating preconstruction budget and purchase orders for new home residential construction. We are seeking an industry professional who thrives on opportunities to develop Job cost budgets in a high-volume production environment.

What Will You Be Doing?
Structured flow replicating precise and consistent linear job cost releases to divisional construction teams Detailed review of pre-generated job cost budgets for accurate purchase order releaseAssist in lot release package development for construction teamsSupport Production & Purchasing Managers with system required modificationsCross train with other back-office department functions to backfill workflow needs
What Will You Bring?
Strong computer, mathematic, and applied logic skillsDesire for consistent production workflow and achieving weekly production KPI’sOpen communication and collaboration skillsExperience with MS Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and other related applicationsERP experience (Sapphire, JD Edwards, SAP etc) preferredConstruction knowledge in residential home building preferredEntry Level Position*
