We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is excited about making a difference in the lives of the individuals we support. The registered nurse is a salaried position.
SUMMARYThis position oversees the care and treatment of individuals in IDD and Mental Health settings. Work is performed under the supervision of the Registered Nurse Supervisor. Job duties include but are not limited to; assessing the condition of individuals and recording and reporting status, conditions and reactions to the nurse and physician. Overseeing compliance of required healthcare visits and developing and implementing healthcare plans for assigned individuals in a group home setting. Assignments are carried out in accordance with general work instructions and established nursing practices, procedures, and precedents.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEGraduation from an accredited school of nursing. Mental Health experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSPossession of or eligibility for a license as a Registered Nurse issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners. Must have CPI training.
QUALIFICATIONS:18 years of age or olderValid Driver’s License (some travel with position)Must pass background checks, physical, TB and drug screening (ALL company paid!)Arc Human Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
