Archer Executive Search is a Direct Hire recruiting firm specializing in CPG and Finance. Our client, a mid sized cpg beverage company, is seeking candidates with expertise in trade marketing, revenue growth management, and pricing/promotion for an opportunity in the Dallas market. This is a high visibility, strategic role providing guidance on price, assortment and trade to deliver financial objectives. This position is 100% onsite (5 days per week) in Frisco, TX.
What are the job responsibilities?Creates and implements trade promotion strategy for companyAnalyze product volume, margin and competitive prices to provide trade spend recommendationsProvide guidelines on pricing, assortment and product prioritizationPerform financial analysis to support pricing decisionsLead post promotional analysis and offer recommendations to enhance ROIWorks closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance to deliver company goals around Net Sales and Gross Margin
What are the job requirements? Bachelor's Degree required5+ years of experience in FMCG industryPrevious experience in Trade Strategy, RGM, or Customer PlanningStrong financial analysis skillsAdvanced MS ExcelKnowledge of P&L, trade spend, price elasticity, ROI, gross margin
