In line with our commitment to excellence, we seek a skilled and experienced Administrative Specialist to become a full-time remote team member. In this critical position, you'll bring your extensive administrative skills to support multiple departments and handle various projects simultaneously. Your responsibilities will encompass payroll and invoicing assistance, along with a range of tasks related to accounts receivable and payable. Key ResponsibilitiesHandles daily clerical and administrative duties associated with various client projects. Provides administrative support to Operations and other departments, enhancing organizational efficiency.Provides support for resource management tracking.Executes accurate and timely payroll processing for W-2 employees. Tracks state tax compliance and ensures compliance with all relevant laws (federal, state, local, and provincial) regulations for the USA and Canada.Manages vendor relations. Analyzes expense reports and other invoices for accuracy and eligibility for payment and reimbursement.Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.Collaborates with team members across departments to optimize operational and financial processes and systems.

What Your Background Should Look LikeFive+ years of experience or education providing administrative support. AR/AP experience is a plus.Excellent time management and organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, complemented by strong interpersonal skills. Experience and ability to learn new software and technology tools such as QuickBooks.Exceptional communication abilities and a collaborative work ethic.Must be located in the USA and legally authorized to work full-time remotely.
