A DAY IN THE LIFE

Hardware deployments and replacements, including workstations, laptops, and mobile devicesHardware support (Windows 10, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, A/V systems, and iOS and Android mobile devices, printers, copiers) including essential modifications and repairsApplication installation and support (Outlook, Office Suite, Exchange Active Sync for both iOS and Android, VPN, and other applications)Basic LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi support and troubleshootingOffice 365 support and administrationNew computer/user set up in an active directory/Exchange environment.Interfacing between end-users and various other technology professionalsAssist in researching and recommending new hardware and softwareSupport the delivery of an Enterprise-wide implementation of ProcorePartner with other Technology teams in the identification, development, and delivery of solutions and products supporting Construction Operations and integration with other enterprise applicationsUse an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving with a sense of urgency while ensuring a disciplined/structured approach.Occasional travel required.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s in related field or equivalent experience, with 2-4 years related experience preferredAbility to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writingPleasant, patient, and friendly attitudeStrong decision making and analytical abilitiesDetail-oriented and organizedExcellent time management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work well within a teamSelf-starter; flexible to take on new initiatives
