📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Arcosa, Inc. is seeking a Summer Intern for the Corporate Finance team based in our Dallas, TX Headquarters office. As a Finance Summer Intern, you will assist the VP, Finance & Treasurer and the Director of Investor Relations through hands-on experience working across multiple projects over an 8 – 10 week period.

Position Responsibilities
As a finance intern, you will gain broad exposure to the corporate finance and investor relations functions within a growth-oriented public company.
Work collaboratively to create a dashboard tool for evaluating the company’s key financial metrics relative to its public company peers. Project to include the compilation of a database of key ratios for the peer set (profitability, cash flow, and return metrics), graphical comparison to the company’s own metrics, and identification of improvement opportunities. Intern will gain experience with Bloomberg, Excel, PowerPoint and ThinkCell. Assist the Director of Investor Relations with industry and competitive research to enhance the content of investor presentation materials.Participate in conference calls with investors to gain exposure to the investor relations function in a public company.Additional duties as assigned by management.

Seeking bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or another Business-related field Clear and concise verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in MS Office products, particularly with MS Excel and PowerPointAbility to work in teams and collaborate effectivelyStrong time management skills that enable on-time project deliveryAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environmentAbility to take the initiative and drive for resultsMust be able to work in Dallas
