We are currently seeking a Dragline Operator for our Canal Point, FL plant on Day/night shift.

What You Will Do

Actively promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through positive recognitionWork in the production of sand and gravelAbility to operate a Liebherr 8200 8 yard DraglineComply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations.Perform daily pre-shift equipment and workplace inspections to maintain equipment performanceMaintain strong communications with other plant employees and operatorsPerform other duties or responsibilities as assigned

What You Will Need

Prompt, regular, and predictable attendancePositive, Team-based attitudeThe ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to 60 feet as required.The ability to work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy)High School Diploma or GED EquivalentMinimum of 2-3 years as a Dragline Operator

Working Conditions and physical environment: While most equipment has air conditioning, there will be times when other responsibilities may require periods of work in all weather conditions including heat, cold, wet, dry, and dusty.
