Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Manager, Partner Development based out of our Eden Prairie, MN office to be part of making this happen.
Position Overview And Objective
Manage a team of Partner Development Representatives responsible for recruitment, enablement, and management of MSP and Solution Provider partners in the region.
Primary Responsibilities And Duties
Manage the goals, priorities and execution of the Regional PDR TeamMeasure and manage performance for the Regional PDR TeamProvide strategic input and serve as an extension of the Channel Leadership TeamWork with Channel Leadership to develop and refine tier 2 partner development and recruitment strategiesMaintain and grow executive relationship with top partnersCollaboration with ACQ Mgmt. and CSM Mgmt. on GTM activities with our partnersFacilitate and enable channel acumen and business acumen with PDR team
Key Skills
Expertise in methods to manage channel partners in a technology environmentKnowledge of on-boarding and enablement activities for successful channel partnersDeep knowledge of software/services ecosystems and competitive environmentsFamiliarity with CRM and forecasting systemsStrong Negotiation skillsStrong Presentation skillsStrong Communication and Interpersonal skills
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent5+ years of experience in Partner Development, Channel Account Management rolesStrong track record of success in individual contributor role with sales and / or channel experience.Strong track record in driving results through channel ecosystem and partnerships
Preferred Qualifications
1-2+ years experience in channel leadership rolesPrior sales, channel, or customer development experienceProven experience of managing channel partners in a technology environmentExperience in facilitating onboarding and enablement activities for channel partners
