Regional Process Owner (Forecast & Planning)

The Regional Process Owner for the Supply Chain domain supporting all Arkema affiliates (15 business units) and three SAP instances (PRD/NICE/BEST) in addition to regional solutions (iScala and Protius), encompassing the following processes : SIOP, Demand Forecasting, supply planning, purchasing (Traded Goods), tolling, inventory management and associated working capital. Responsible for driving best in class performance by monitoring relative KPIs such as production schedule adherence, forecast accuracy, DIO, Inventory Quality) Serve as the regional subject matter expert in the F&P processes working closely with the global process owner and key users of the BUs (through networking team and change management strategies). Analyze KPIs, identify trends + areas of improvement and develop/monitor improvement plans. This role also supports the global supply chain optimization tool across all Arkema entities as well as multiple SAP platforms Key ActivitiesSupport the design and consolidation of the core model processes & Americas adherence (30%)Analyze the recurrent issues involving Supply Chain F&P domain, identify the root causes and prepare, when necessary, the documentation for validation in Arbitration CommitteePropose and implement streamlined solutions (both system and process)Coordinate the training material, organize training and associated user documentationAnimate the network of Key Users, display continuous improvement and best practices, in close contact with the global BPO of the domainEnsure Adoption of Supply Chain core model through effective change management strategiesExecute deployment activities as Supply Chain F&P BPO in all phases of Horizon & Ambition deployments in the AMAS region.Support the SAP roadmap as required.Drive the maturity and performance enhancements for their domain (30%)Manage, for the F&P domain, the maturity assessments sessions, drive then validate with the plants improvement the associated action plans.Monitor regularly with the Key Users and managers the progress of the improvement actionsKeep aware of benchmarking feedbacks, possible disrupting tools or technologies, impacts of the digital initiativeImplement KPI’s and performance measurement (30%)Define and display to the Supply Chain F&P managers and BU’s a set of performance and process KPI’sDrive the associated management / rituals of Supply ChainSupport the implementation of appropriated reports and dashboards to the Supply Chain managers; specifically forecast accuracy, production schedule adherence and inventory management.Support growth (10%)Bring the Supply Chain F&P expertise in the central and BU specific projects impacting their area’s activities (i.e. Mercury) and support Arkema’s M&A activities via associated integration (people, process, and technology). Context and EnvironmentPart of the Supply Chain Business Process Optimization team providing expertise in their respective domain aiming at optimizing the regional Supply Chain processes, organization and performances.Will work regionally with their network of teams and BU key users, in close collaboration with solution expert counterparts (iTeam), global counter part, and deployment team. They will also insure the bridge with the other areas through close communication with the Global Process Owner for Supply ChainAmericas region (Canada, US, MX, Brazil and Southern Cone) AccountabilitiesProcess expertise within the Forecast and Planning domainMaturity enhancement of the domain in their regionReliability and simplification of the processesAppropriate reporting displayed and efficient monitoring in place Qualifications/Experience RequiredAdvanced degree in business, supply chain, marketing or technical discipline, or equivalent7-10 years exp. in business operations, process optimization, supply chain, audit or related roleProven management experience and ability to work and influence within a global matrix organizationExperience with international processes/projects Advanced understanding of business operations & process optimizationWorking knowledge of SAP master data, governance and processesGreen Belt/Six Sigma certification preferredAPICS and CSCP certification a plus
