Armanino, one of Sage Intacct’s largest partners, is looking to add a Consultant to our Managed Services team. In this role you will be trusted advisor to our clients, provide world-class support, client recommendations for process improvement to maximize their ERP investment, as well as take part in unprecedented organizational growth.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of consultants in providing hands-on support and system enhancement for clients utilizing Sage Intacct. Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. Analyze and document client system and business requirements, providing strategic recommendations for process improvement. Oversee the design and configuration of system enhancements, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices. Develop and execute test scripts for customer testing phases, ensuring quality assurance and successful system implementation. Provide comprehensive training to end users on Sage Intacct system functionality and best practices. Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for new processes and procedures, driving efficiency and effectiveness. Develop reports and dashboards utilizing Sage Intacct tools, providing clients with actionable insights into their financial data. Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and partnership at all levels of the organization. Participate in proactive and strategic discussions related to client systems, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Contribute to the profitability and growth of client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional service offerings. Lead internal initiatives focused on improving team efficiency, knowledge sharing, and process optimization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience implementing and/or supporting Sage Intacct, with a strong understanding of financial accounting processes and principles. Previous experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success in client service delivery. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
