Arnold Motor Supply and its sister company, The Merrill Company, divisions of The Arnold Group of Companies, started in Spencer, Iowa, in 1927. You'll be our front-line service pro to our customers facilities and inside of our stores and focus on providing the best solutions for our customers' automotive parts needs.

QualificationsMust be passionate about understanding and meeting the needs of our customers! Knowledge of automotive parts and industry experience is preferred Ability to drive a company-owned vehicle including a valid driver's license and a safe, insurable (no SR-22) driving record High school diploma or equivalent A commitment to being a strong team member Ability to work flexible retail hours (schedules are often 7:30-5:30) including alternating Saturdays
Physical/Other RequirementsLifting of a minimum of 50 pounds Safely operating company vehicle(s) to local customers Standing, lifting, twisting, bending, walking and sitting Basic computer proficiency: ability to utilize telephone
