Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Identifies and implements growth strategies to increase recruitment, retention, and satisfaction of clients and caregiversServes as a key leader at community activities to enhance the companyβs presence, reputation, and further revenue growthAttracts and retains high caliber talent, develops teams with diverse capabilities, facilitates growth and development by providing necessary resources, and coaches/supports staff to achieve office goalsMonitors office operations to ensure excellence in all functional areas of staffing, care management, recruiting, and salesEvaluates, implements, and improves efforts for attracting, training, retaining, and treasuring caregivers
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesManages 3 to 25 subordinate team members. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these team members.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:Bachelorβs degree required; relevant professional experience may fulfill this requirement.A minimum of 4 years management experience with proven ability to build and lead multi-disciplinary teams.Ability to interface effectively and professionally with clients, caregivers, and referral sources (physicians, attorneys, etc.).Ability to work in a team environment required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Valid state of residence driverβs license and proof of current auto insurance required. PC literacy required.
