Location: Diamond Bar, CA
Pay: $65,000 to $70,000/yr + quarterly commission

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday in office, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking an experienced Talent Partner to join our fantastic team to support recruiting efforts for a legal search firm.
Job Description
Sourcing/screening and providing qualified candidates to law firm clientsCrafting candidate presentation emailsScheduling interviews/phone screenings with hiring managers and obtaining feedbackPresenting and negotiating candidate offers/bill ratesConducting reference/background checksFollow-up of onboardingResume proofreadingHRIS/ATS database maintenanceEnsuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulationsCreating attractive job descriptions and emails for candidate direct messaging and contact through LinkedIn/Indeed
Position Requirements
Must be ok with a dog in-officeStrong communication skillsStrong deductive reasoning and an eye for detailHas an understanding of legal terminology
