ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY
Join ARSENL as the next Account Executive. ARSENL is a growing, born-digital marketing agency that services clients across various industries - Restaurant, Hospitality, Spirits, Travel, Marine, Cannabis, Food/Beverage, E-commerce, and more. As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for supporting various clients with a strong focus on developing integrated marketing campaigns across paid channels, organic, CRM and more.
General ResponsibilitiesPlan actions and oversee internal team executionMaintain relationships with clients by delivering on day-to-day needsAssist in the development of strategic marketing and media plansHandle tactical execution of creative briefs, media briefs, monthly reports, and competitive analysisCollaborate with internal team members to ensure client deliverables align with overall marketing objectivesMonitor campaign performance in ad platforms ensuring budget adherence and KPIs are metWork with campaign manager to determine optimization opportunities and report learningsCreate project timelines and communicate status of deliverables to clients while ensuring accountability from internal team membersPresent status reports, campaign performance highlights, and POVs on weekly client callsProvide Account Manager with progress updates and status of client deliverables
Skills/RequirementsBachelor’s Degree2+ years agency account management, media planning, CRM (a +++), or analytics roleOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detailExcellent organizational and time management skillsGood interpersonal skills and a team playerStrong analytical skills
Our team is collaborative, hard working and fun. We typically follow a hybrid schedule (position is based in Ft. Lauderdale) with two-three days per week in office and would prefer a candidate who is open to such a role.
