Role Description
This is a contract remote role for an Equity Raiser at Artemis Equity LLC. The Equity Raiser will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential investors, identifying investment opportunities, and presenting investment proposals to clients. The Equity Raiser will also collaborate with the investment team to develop marketing strategies and support the overall fundraising efforts.

Prior experience in real estate, investments, or fundraisingStrong networking and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to analyze market trends and identify investment opportunitiesKnowledge of commercial real estate and different asset classesSelf-motivated and goal-orientedBachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related fieldUnderstanding of financial markets and investment strategiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
