Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless procurement and delivery of high-quality furniture to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with domestic vendors, creating purchase orders, and coordinating the delivery of products both domestically and from our overseas factories. This position requires a blend of negotiation skills, attention to detail, and logistics expertise to support our mission of excellence in hotel furniture solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic vendors to secure the best pricing and terms for materials and services. Generate and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications and adherence to timelines. Coordinate with vendors and clients to schedule and oversee the timely delivery of domestic orders. Liaise with logistics companies to facilitate the import of hotel furniture containers from overseas factories, including customs clearance and delivery scheduling. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and design, to understand project requirements and ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and budgets. Resolve any issues that arise during the domestic purchasing or delivery process, acting as the primary point of contact for vendors, logistics partners, and clients. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to procurement and logistics. Continuously seek opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in the procurement and logistics processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing and logistics, preferably in the furniture manufacturing or hotel industry but not required. Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics, including international shipping and customs regulations. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders. Proven ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Why Join Us?
