Your Expertise:Proven experience in writing for digital experiences, including websites, apps, and emails, particularly in the technology industry. Demonstrated impact through content design-led projects showcased through compelling case studies.Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm to identify and address challenges proactively.
Your Responsibilities:Collaborate with product teams to craft microcopy for new features and ad platforms, ensuring clarity and consistency.Create clear and concise copy for digital experiences through content design for websites, apps, emails, and more, adhering to brand guidelines.Partner with stakeholders to name new features, audit language, and conduct A/B tests to optimize copy effectiveness.Present ideas and insights to senior leaders, advocating for content design strategies that drive positive outcomes.
Requirements:BA Degree in Creative Writing or English is preferred, or proven experience writing or UX writing for digital platforms such as websites, apps, and emails is required.Minimum 3 years of experience writing for digital platforms, with a portfolio demonstrating impactful content design projects, preferably in the tech industry.Experience working in technology or social media companies is highly preferred.Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver high-quality copy on tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams while championing content design principles.
