📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Ascen is a Y Combinator-funded back office platform for staffing companies. We give staffing firms the freedom to focus on their clients and candidates by providing an amazing suite of back-office services - contractor onboarding, timesheets, payroll, invoicing, funding, and employer of record - all through a beautiful, white-label, all-in-one platform.
We are seeking a highly capable Customer Experience Specialist to help support our various platform stakeholders. This position is 100% remote. This is a many-hats role focusing on people skills and being generally helpful in solving our problems.
Examples of work you would do
Helping onboard and responding to questions from staffing partners, contractors, and clientsCreatively solving problems related to HR, product, or technical issuesInteracting with various regulatory agencies and vendorsCompleting paperwork when certain compliance or HR issues ariseimproving our help center, documentation, and operating procedures
