📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL DO• Provide counsel to clients on a wide range of commercial & business litigation matters,including contract disputes, business torts, intellectual property litigation, and corporategovernance issues• Conduct legal research, draft documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinaryteams—attorneys, paralegals, and support staff—to develop innovative and effective legalstrategies for commercial litigation cases• Represent clients in administrative proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and arbitrationsrelated to commercial & business litigation matters• Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations and proactively advise clients oncompliance matters
REQUIREMENTS• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top accredited law school• Admission to the Texas State Bar• 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in commercial &business litigation
