About the Role:Job Title: Project ManagerQualifications:2+ years of experience in a related role: Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, Project AdminMust have managed SDLCManagement of DevOps/Operation ProjectsPrior experience working with DevOps Engineers/teamsStrong Jira and Confluence experienceITSM experience (Cherwell and ServiceNow VERY strongly preferred)Scrum experience - leading all scrum activitiesBachelor's degree in applicable fieldVery strong communication skills and organization.
Bonus:Reporting skillsPrior IT or Telecom experience: IT CS or IT Project Management
Responsibilities:Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures.Develops project plan and drives project milestones.Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders.Provides day-to-day direction to project resources.Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets
Location: Maryland Heights, MO
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $90,000 – $120,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for bonus based on achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
