Job Title: Senior MS Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator Key Responsibilities:This is a business facing role to support the operational needs for Business with CRM. Includes building dashboards, views and other onboarding, operational support items.Responsible for all configuration, administration, support, and development of MS Dynamics implementation.Build queries, dashboards, and reports to monitor progress towards strategic goals.Systems administration, configuration, customizations, end user training, and manage the upgrade process.Provide support the implementation and configuration of MS Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.Monitor system performance and complete MS CRM system audits to ensure the quality of data collected, performing duplication checks and consolidating data as needed.Support, create and enhance MS Dynamics workflow and customizations.Create and configure MS Dynamics user accounts, security roles, entities, field level security & business units.

Minimum Qualifications:4 to 6+ years of experience as a MS Dynamics CRM Administrator or Analyst.Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM configuration, customization, and administration.Understanding of CRM best practices and industry standards.Strong knowledge of Office 365 enterprise systems, services, and security.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Qualifications:Nice to have MS Dynamics CRM certifications.Certification in MS Dynamics 365 (e.g., MS Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, MS Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate) preferred.

Location: Scottsdale - AZ (Hybrid Role; Needs to work 2 to 3 days from Office) Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $60,000 – $120,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
