Are you a skilled attorney with a passion for Workers' Compensation Law? Join us in our mission to provide exceptional legal services to our clients while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Workers' Compensation Attorneys to work from anywhere in California or across the US, requiring a California Bar License.
Responsibilities:Provide counsel and defense for employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board venues throughout California.Managed defense for numerous workers’ compensation claims, including attending hearings, conducting depositions, completing trials, and resolving claims via settlements, stipulated awards, and compromise and release agreements.
Qualifications:Must possess a California Bar License.Certification as a Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law is preferred.Strong understanding of Workers’ Compensation law and procedures.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and effectively manage a caseload.
