Responsibilities:Oversee and refine billing and collections processes.Implement quality assurance for all processes and ensure timely, accurate invoicing.Partner with sales and operations teams to ensure financial activities align with corporate strategies.Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP.Manage credit risk, authorize credit limits, and maintain accurate customer credit files.Drive the transition of customer payments to more efficient electronic methods.Spearhead initiatives to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the AR process.Develop and mentor the AR team, aligning with broader company objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a closely related field.7+ years of relevant experience, with a preference for backgrounds in direct store delivery.5+ years of management experience, ideally across multiple locations.Strong familiarity with US GAAP and automated payables platforms.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.Experience in ERP systems implementations highly regarded.Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English are preferred.
