We want to give aspiring individuals with an entrepreneurial flair the chance to start a career in staffing & recruiting! The position is an Associate Recruiter role on the Accounting, Finance, HR, and Operations team with growth opportunity and mentorship provided.
The responsibilities of an Associate Recruiter will include:Sourcing candidates based on the roles requested by clientsScreen and match these candidates with the right positionsMaintain relationships with prospects and current accounts
Overall, the Associate Recruiter must be able to create a continues pipeline of candidates from various platforms to place in open positions, communicating with the rest of the recruiting team throughout the process.
