Responsibilities:Cultivate strong relationships with our parent company's portfolio management team.Manage the preparation and analysis of budgets, objectives, and forecasts.Assess proforma financial statements for potential business acquisitions.Convert complex data sets into straightforward, executive-level presentations.Monitor and manage debt metrics, ensuring compliance with financial covenants and terms.Assist in creating presentations for the board and investment committees.Conduct tailored industry research and analysis.Take on additional projects as required to support our growth.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.2+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis.Solid foundation in accounting practices and understanding of profit & loss.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills.Experience in report preparation, data collection, and record-keeping.Proven track record of maintaining effective work relationships.Ability to multitask effectively.Strong communication skills, capable of working independently with minimal oversight.Positive demeanor with robust interpersonal skills.
