Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in consolidating our data management efforts, bridging the gap between technical and business teams, and enhancing our decision-making processes through insightful reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities:Develop and maintain robust Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand data needs, and translate them into effective Power BI solutions.Design and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to extract and manipulate data from various databases, including our data warehouse and legacy ERP system (Dynamics AX).Perform data mapping and analysis to ensure accurate and efficient data integration between different systems and databases.Act as a liaison between technical and business teams, effectively communicating requirements, providing technical guidance, and facilitating knowledge transfer.Document business processes, data models, and technical specifications to ensure clear understanding and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.Collaborate with the existing contractor, who serves as a critical resource, to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities and knowledge sharing.Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and data quality enhancement, and implement appropriate solutions.Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Power BI, T-SQL, and data analytics to continuously improve our reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.Strong proficiency in T-SQL programming and query optimization.Experience working with data warehouse systems and legacy ERP systems (preferably Dynamics AX).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with documentation, data mapping, and knowledge transfer processes.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
