Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the accounting functions for various partnerships/entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Prepare and analyze financial reports, cash flows, budgets, and forecasts, contributing to strategic decisions.Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other regulatory requirements, staying updated on new pronouncements.Coordinate with external auditors and tax preparers, providing necessary information and ensuring compliance with external audit and tax requirements.Oversee financial aspects of hotel acquisitions, including initial accounting implementations and transaction recording.Manage and reconcile intercompany activities, bank accounts, and lender-related finances.Develop and maintain comprehensive financial records and reports, ensuring they reflect accurate financial status and comply with accounting standards.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.CPA preferred.At least 3 years of accounting experience, ideally in a large public accounting firm or a major company/division of a large corporation.Proficiency in financial statement reporting, analysis, and compliance with accounting principles.Strong analytical skills and expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within the finance team and across departments.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
