Responsibilities
Preparation of Federal & State income and franchise tax returns for C Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships, and Trusts Documentation and organization of tax workpapersManagement of electronic payment accounts for state tax paymentsCoordination of tax return and tax payment schedulesPreparation of annual tax provision calculation and ASC 740-10 analysisParticipation in due diligence for acquisition targetsPartnership with outside consultants on tax planning and research matters
Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting1+ year of relevant tax experience
