📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Ascension marketing Inc first opened our doors in NYC in 2020 and since April 2021 we’ve expanded to Philadelphia to penetrate a new market and fulfill our client’s needs for customer acquisition, retention and our goal to grow as an organization. Within our last 6 months of operation in Philadelphia our clients have been very pleased with our accomplishments and have made an offer to assist us to expand to two new markets within the next six to eighteen months. We are looking for an individual who is open to be crossed trained for 12 months in: Entry level sales Event planningTeam development and managementPublic speaking Training and on boardingHuman resourcesTotal Quality ManagementSocial Media Marketing Once all performance criteria have been met and this individual has shown proficiency in all these areas they were crossed trained in, they will be given opportunity to expand to one of two new markets, where the will be the executive officer for that branch and or market, to continue our customer acquisition and retention for our clients but also our continued growth as an organization
