What We Offer:Competitive Compensation: Base salary ranging from $45K to $75K, with potential earnings over $150K annually through commissions and routine performance-based bonuses.Commissions and Leads: Attractive commission structure, with opportunities to work on both company-generated leads and personal contacts.Focus on Residential Sales: Primary responsibility for residential projects, with occasional support on commercial projects as needed.Professional Development: Access to industry-specific training and opportunities for certifications during the offseason.Supportive Resources: Use of industry-leading tools for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness, ongoing training, and a company-branded vehicle for site visits. Personal vehicle required for commuting.

Qualifications:Proven Experience: At least 1 year in roofing sales or related field, focusing on residential properties preferred.Account Management: Strong ability to manage client relationships and maintain communication.Skills in Negotiation and Communication: Excellent abilities in both verbal and written form.Travel Requirements: Valid driver's license required, with readiness to visit client sites.Physical Requirements: Comfort with physical tasks such as roof inspections.

Responsibilities:Lead Management: Manage and convert both company-provided leads and leads from personal networking.Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with residential clients.Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed set sales targets through effective sales strategies and pipeline management.Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer preferences.Product Demonstrations: Present roofing solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of residential clients.

Duties:Prospecting: Actively identify and engage potential residential clients from company leads and personal connections.Inspections: Perform thorough inspections of residential properties to assess roofing needs.Customer Engagement: Use expert knowledge and interpersonal skills to build trust and close sales.Contract Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
