Gen AI Enginner

• Design, implement, and maintain advanced generative AI models using Python and PyTorch, incorporating cutting-edge techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance model performance and capabilities.· Integrate and leverage LangChain for advanced language understanding and processing, facilitating a deeper integration of generative models with natural language processing tasks.· Develop and manage sophisticated indexing systems tailored to language models, focusing on the efficient storage, search, and retrieval of linguistic data to support AI functionalities.· Utilize vector databases for the efficient handling of high-dimensional linguistic data, improving the scalability and effectiveness of our language-based AI solutions.· Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure the seamless integration of LangChain and other AI technologies into our products and services, aligning with overall business objectives and delivering superior user experiences.· Work with cloud AI services such as Amazon Bedrock and Azure OpenAI Studio for building, deploying, and scaling AI solutions, ensuring they adhere to our standards for robustness and efficiency.· Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, particularly in the areas of generative models, language understanding, RAG, and vector databases, to continually enhance our AI offerings and maintain our competitive edge.

Basic Qualifications:· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.· Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with PyTorch or similar deep learning frameworks.· Solid understanding of generative AI concepts and experience with frameworks like LangChain.· Experience with cloud-based AI services such as Amazon Bedrock and Azure OpenAI Studio.

Preferred Qualifications:· Experience with LLaMA, including LLaMA index and LLaMA CPP, is highly advantageous.· Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks like Lang Graph and Crew.AI will be considered an added advantage.· Proven track record of developing and deploying innovative AI solutions in a commercial setting.· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
