Breakdown Coordinator
Location: Advance, NC
Shift: Monday – Friday 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm.
Compensation: $18.40/hour
What Will You Do?
As a Breakdown Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently coordinate equipment breakdowns, ensuring that the necessary repairs are carried out by nearby vendors. Additionally, you will collaborate with drivers to ensure prompt internal follow-up on equipment matters. A critical part of your role will involve answering drivers' calls and providing guidance and education on the breakdown process.
What Do You Need?
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Equipment maintenance experience, with a strong understanding of maintenance processes and procedures.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in the transportation industry, preferably in a logistics or operations role.
