Position: PeopleSoft Human Capital Management HCM Instructor TrainerLocation: Austin, TX (Hybrid) Experience : Minimum 10 Years to 40 Years This is a hybrid remote position as some in-office work to conduct training classes may be required. Note: Training Conducted and/or Developed During his Career – A Summary Required Along with Resume Required:• Candidates must have experience in training multiple modules within PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM), and candidates must be able to articulate information related to module training during the interview. • Experience in PeopleSoft FSCM is not equivalent and will not be considered. • Preference will be given to trainers PeopleSoft (branded CAPPS HR/Payroll) training experience. • This is a hybrid remote position as some in-office work to conduct training classes may be required. • Candidates must reside in Texas, preferably in Austin. Job Description:1. Experience developing PeopleSoft Human Capital Management training courses. Candidates should be prepared to discuss specific module training development.2. Experience delivering PeopleSoft Human Capital Management training. Candidates should be prepared to discuss specific modules trained.3. Experience creating instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids) related to PeopleSoft Human Capital Management specific modules. Candidate should be prepared to discuss which modules.4. Experience organizing a curriculum that breaks a complex subject into blocks or units of instruction. Courses may be instructor based, computer-based, simulator based,5. Skill in the development and maintenance of classroom techniques that reflect professionalism and good discipline and using teaching techniques and scenarios to maintain high motivation and interest in the subject areas.6. Experience with creating Electronic and Information Resources (EIR) training materials for customers requiring special assistance to obtain required or requested information.
