Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Crofton, MD. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, conducting market research and analysis, developing sales strategies, and preparing sales reports. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful contract negotiations and client satisfaction.
