📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
ISS National Remodeling Production Manager
SUMMARY: Reports to Director of ISS National Remodeling. The Remodeling Production Manager is accountable for the successful growth, standardization, and compliance of the remodeling segment of the installation business. Working independently and through indirect teams, builds sustainable business growth with sound decision making and standard operating procedures. Coaches, trains, and partners with internal and external remodeling customers across the country.
Objectives
Provides oversight and guidance related to remodeling standard operating procedures.i.e. Customer Commitments, Lead Compliance, Service & Repair processDrives ISS standardization efforts through training (in-person and remote). Training topics will include product installation standards, AS400, SalesforceProvides oversight of ISS standard operating procedures and performance metricsProactively communicates with ISS project managers and customers regarding the status of open jobs/services.Assist in bringing difficult and aging jobs to completion by visiting jobsites and ensuring installations are completed successfully.Installation point-of-contact for large national customers.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
Track and manage remodeling customer commitments and contract fulfillment to meet or exceed customer and organization's expectations.Lead virtual or in-person training sessions. Training topics range for product installation standards, AS400, Salesforce, and troubleshooting tips.Assist with new hire and new location customer on-boarding process.Travel to jobsites to assist in the successful completion of installation.Lead efforts to grow the distributed products offerings through the remodeling segment.Conduct mini-audits to ensure operational excellence on every ASC visit

Education And Experience
Successful business and leadership history with 5 years of construction-based experience.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel & PPTBachelor's degree (preferred)Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and scopesUnderstanding of product specification terminologyAbility to communicate with multiple levels of production and sales management teams.Self motivated professional with a fluent understanding of the exterior construction process; special focus in exterior claddings and windows is a plus.Ability to meet deadlines, communicate questions and concerns, and search for creative solutions.Working understanding of digital estimating software
