JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Inside Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients through the entire client care experience; from greeting clients, to selecting products, and finally quoting and processing their projects. JOB REQUIREMENTSStrong proficiency in basic business software such as Gmail and Microsoft Office.An extremely friendly and professional demeanor with a strong desire to work in a teamwork environment.Someone with initiative is a must.Strong organizational and communication skills, both oral and written.· Previous experience in interior design or other related fields is a plus.Prior experience in Quick Books is preferred but not required.High School diploma.
COMPENSATIONPay will consist of a guaranteed base salary between $41.6K to 52K PLUS quarterly incentive-based bonuses increasing total compensation to $60K+
