Currently, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce (Public Sector) to join our team. This is a full-time position that can sit anywhere in the United States. The ideal candidate must have a background in working within the Public Sector (Local Government/State/County).

What You’ll Do

Work within AST project engagements for Salesforce implementations for our Public Sector (State/County/Local government) clients. Experience working within the Public Sector is required. Participate, plan and lead the discovery phase; recognize and analyze the business purpose and needs, assess capability gaps, understand project scope and identify all functional and non-functional requirements. Host business requirements meetings with the client. Work as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams and business stakeholders. Author business use cases & user stories Host presentations of prototypes/demos with business users Configuration and testing of Salesforce functionality during implementation. Assist with the writing of business requirements documents for developers & data consultants. Assist with User Acceptance testing.

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience with the configuration & implementation of Salesforce.com functionality Must have prior experience working within the Public Sector (State/local government) Prior experience with public sector solutions, including Grants Management and License /Permit/Inspection Management is highly desirable Firm understanding of Salesforce.com’s best practices. Prior experience working on agile projects. Have knowledge in the following areas: Salesforce Sales, Service, Communities, Public Sector Foundation or Custom cloud. Prior hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration preferred including, creating pages, tabs, views, filters, validation rules, workflows, process builder, cloud flow designer, approvals, profiles, role, security permissions, custom objects, custom fields, relationships, reports/dashboards, lightning UI and other configuration related activities. Excellent presentation skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience Salesforce Certifications: App Builder & Admin as well as Salesforce Business Analyst, are ideal. 3-5 years of Salesforce or relevant consulting experience
