📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking an IT Operations Analyst to join our driven research team. This is an amazing opportunity to work with a team that develops and supports an array of outstanding health sciences research programs.
Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
Pay: $34/hr
Type of Job: Contract 4 months; with possibility of extension/conversion
IT Operations Analyst daily tasks
Monitor, diagnose, and manage problems within a central network, as well as to provide a central strategic / tactical coordination facility for customers as needed. Detect Network and Security problems before they impact the company, and when necessary, limit their impact by taking immediate action. Facilitates coordination and communication during critical unplanned outages with the service providers, ITSCommunications & Digital Services, and the office. Uses proprietary software to disable compromised user accounts to prevent the spread of malware and spam.
IT Operations Analyst Requirements
High School diploma or Equivalent required; Computer Science degree preferred2 years of related IT experience
