Job Description:Our client is seeking a experienced Project Manager to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical/science based project management and methodologies/frameworks, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban and Hybrid. You will be responsible for defining project scope, objectives, and timelines, while effectively managing stakeholder expectations both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:Utilize various project management methodologies to drive project success.Define project scope, objectives, and timelines accurately.Lead cross-functional teams for project execution.Evaluate and enhance project performance.Oversee daily project activities and ensure effective communication.Identify and address risks promptly, involving stakeholders as needed.Ensure timely, within-scope, and within-budget project delivery.Facilitate project closure and drive updates to standard procedure documents.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (pharma/life sciences).Experience in pharmaceutical IT and data governance required.Ability to manage cross-functional projects autonomously.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Proven ability to monitor project timelines and mitigate risks effectively.
