📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Leading manufacturer of high-quality personal care products is seeking a QA Lead to join their team!
Contract length: 1 year contract-to-hire
Shift: GRAVEYARD 9PM - 5AM. NEEDS TO BE AVAILABLE TO TRAIN ON 2ND SHIFT.
Pay rate range: $28-30/hr
Job Description
As a QA Lead, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to quality and excellence. You will provide oversight of QA Inspectors and ensure compliance with quality & company standards. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and commitment to quality will be essential in maintaining our reputation as a trusted personal care brand.
Responsibilities
Lead inspection of raw materials, in process and finished goods. Review and release inspection records. Review documentation for accuracy and completion. Communicate any issues or nonconformances to upper leadership Participate in FDA and supplier audits. Provide solutions. Assist with training of new hires.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in GMP manufacturing environment. Strong communication and leadership skills. Eager and willingness to learn. Ability to accept constructive feedback professionally. Experience with audits. Ability to follow procedures and protocols. Detail oriented. Strong critical thinking skills.
