JOB TITLE: Senior- Product Development Engineer

JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard Street Dallas, TX 75202 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home]

DUTIES: Research, design, plan, develop, and evaluate new and advanced network technologies by translating requirements and strategic business objectives into final product designs. Assess networked application needs, provide network modeling, and prototype and simulate testing. Collaborate with others to further clarify needs and to deliver application functionality. Design, develop, document, and test network hardware, firmware, and software products and systems. Develop new product enhancements and modify existing products. Develop new concepts, methods, and techniques for cross-functional initiatives. Develop methods and techniques based on strategic project objectives and coordinate with teams across multiple departments. Develop applications using various project methodologies including SAFe, Agile Scrum, and Waterfall. Utilize Java, J2EE, AngularJS, Angular, Java Spring Boot, NodeJS, Chai, Mocha, Golang, Kubernetes, and Azure.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science or Computer Enginering and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation assessing networked application needs, providing network modeling, and prototyping and simulating testing; designing, developing, documenting, and testing network hardware, firmware, and software products and systems; developing new product enhancements and modifying existing products; developing new concepts, methods, and techniques for cross-functional initiatives; developing applications using various project methodologies including SAFe, Agile Scrum, and Waterfall; and utilizing Java, J2EE, AngularJS, Angular, Java Spring Boot, NodeJS, Chai, Mocha, Golang, Kubernetes, and Azure.
