Compensation: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 + bonusLocation: Delaware County, PA - Onsite
Responsibilities of the Director of Asset Management include:Oversee asset management operations, maximizing the value of assets and equity.Collaborate closely with the VP of Acquisitions and Asset Management to execute strategic initiatives.Manage a team of Asset Managers, providing guidance and support in achieving objectives.Analyze financial statements, income statements, and balance sheets, driving financial modeling efforts.Drive growth initiatives, ensuring the company's trajectory aligns with long-term objectives.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.Utilize your multifamily or commercial real estate expertise to drive results and exceed expectations.
Qualifications of the Director of Asset Management include:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Real Estate.5+ years of relevant experience in asset management, with multifamily experience highly preferred.Strong financial acumen, with the ability to read and interpret financial statements and conduct financial modeling.Passion for real estate and a desire to excel in a high-growth environment.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong presence and outgoing personality.
