Location: Briarcliff Manor, New York
Responsibilities:Bank downloads (daily activity, month end statements)Bank reconciliationsOutgoing bank wire preparationTracking of tax returns, tax notices & resolutions, tax paymentsAssist with 1099 preparationTrack and maintain W-8 renewalsQuarterly journal entries and quarterly workpaper preparationProduce and review quarterly P-caps for accuracyAssist with annual audit preparationAssist with audit confirmationsCapital call and distribution notice preparationAssist with quarterly portfolio company invoicing preparationCRM maintenanceProject work as required
Qualifications:Bachelorβs degree in accounting, CPA preferred3 to 8 years accounting experience (Private Equity, Hedge Fund or Fund Admin a plus)Proficient in standard accounting and reporting systems, Investran a plusProficiency in Excel and other Microsoft products
