The customer order specialist is to Provide routine and on-going support to the sales team, customers, production team, field service & other Trillium sites.

Main Responsibilities

Accurately enter customer purchase order information into the ERP (M2M)Review all quotes against orders for accurate & complete informationSupport clients through, phone calls, email, mailings, fax and training events to insure satisfaction and ongoing relationshipAct as a communication liaison between sales, customers, field service and productionDirect customers to appropriate person for support questionsExecute Customer Service metrics reporting plansCoordinate customer product service return & warranty returnsPrepares customer info packet included with service productOther duties as assigned

Highly detail orientedAbility to communicate effectively both in written and verbal format.Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.Ability to foster communication among colleagues/team members in manager’s absenceExhibits initiative, responsibility, and flexibilityAbility to operate telephone, photocopier, fax machine, mail machines and computerworkstationMust be proficient in MS Office software – Word, Excel, Power PointAbility to accurately calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, and percentages

Education and/or Experience

High School diploma or equivalentCollege or specific relevant coursework preferredIndustry experience preferred

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze and interpret written documentAbility to respond in a professional manner to common inquiriesAbility to prepare reports, and write business correspondence

Wage: $20.00/hr
