Our Client is a boutique financial services firm in Manhattan looking for an EA to support their C-Suite executives while also managing day-to-day office duties.
Responsible for:Provide general administrative support to staff including mailings, preparation of travel reports, coordinating travel, and preparation of pre-meeting materialsSupport executives with calendar managementPerform day-to-day office management for the officeMaintain equipment and office supply inventoryUndertake other duties/special projects as requested
Requirements
Bachelorβs Degree requiredMinimum of 3 years of relevant EA/OM experienceStrong organizational and project management skillsStrong sense of urgency; ability to execute quickly and efficiently
The annual base salary range is $80k to $110k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
