We need Associates/Analysts looking to jump from another bank or lateral into ibanking. Background would ideally be years of M&A banking out of the Healthcare vertical, but a generalist could be a fit as well.

The Investment Banking Groupd offers associates the exceptional opportunity to work on small client teams with direct exposure to clients and senior bankers.Associates play an essential role in developing and managing our client relationships. The associates are an integral part of our client teams, taking an active role in developing, structuring and executing a broad range of advisory assignments and financial transactions for our clients.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage client relationshipsAdvanced financial modelingPerform client due diligenceTake an active role in developing, structuring and executing transactionsPerform valuation analysisPrepare client presentations and deliverablesManage and develop junior talent within the group

The annual base salary range is $100k to $200k depending on what lever the firm would like to bring the candidate on. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
