Job Title:Investor Relations Associate
Job Description:Job Description Our client, a leading alternative Investment Manager with over $600BN AUM recently launched a real estate secondary strategy and is looking for a motivated, organized individual to own the coordination and execution of quarterly deliverables and ongoing investor support. The role will report to the Vice President of Investor Relations in New York. Key Responsibilities:Own the coordination and preparation of investor reports, presentations and communications including:Quarterly fund investor reportsQuarterly call presentationsQuarterly case studiesAnnual meeting presentationsInvestor meeting materialsFund/transaction updatesInvestment summary writeupsMarketing materialsAd-hoc reports, presentations and communicationsProvide ongoing support of existing investors, monitoring and responding promptly to questions and requestsParticipate in the creation of fundraising materials and ongoing fundraising support, as necessary, including:PitchbookPPMDDQsAd hoc, qualitative and quantitative requests
Company Requirements:Qualifications:Minimum 3 years working in private funds investor relations/fundraising, capital markets or investment bankingPreference for real estate experiencePreference for secondaries fund or strategy experienceExcellent writing, analytical and communication skillsCreative prowess to translate complicated financial data into a simple story / messageSuperior organization skills with great attention to detailWillingness and capability to take ownership of products/deliverablesComfort working independentlyAdvanced working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
