📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
A community health center is seeking to hire a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for its Manhattan, NY location. It’s a highly sought after organization and has amazing leadership. As the LCSW, you’ll be conducting psychological assessments to aid in diagnosis, and collaborate with patients in the Primary Care clinic to devise and execute treatment plans.
The base pay range for this position is $35 to $38 per hour. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of the offer. Responsibilities:Perform psychosocial assessments, diagnose conditions based on DSM-5 and ICD-10 criteria, develop treatment plans, and execute these plans with patients in the Primary Care clinic.Ensure thorough charting in the EMR system, maintaining concurrent documentation, and promptly completing all necessary paperwork.Provide assistance to patients for their various needs, including referrals to specialized mental health services when required.Work together with a diverse team of professionals, actively participating in meetings held within the team, clinic, or agency.Undertake additional tasks as necessary or designated.
Qualifications:Masters Degree in Social WorkNYS LCSW License/Certification3 years of supervision experience
